KeYouYun ERP is the official shipping and freight forwarding software of Shopee. KeYouYun has cooperated with 1688 official. It has integrated the function of 1688 order procurement into the system. The KeYouYun ERP system will generate purchase recommendations for orders. One-key purchase in the system is 1688, and the price is often cheaper than buying in 1688, which is convenient for sellers to purchase directly in the 1688 system, and directly manage the purchase of their own suppliers’ products in the KeYouYun ERP system.

1688 procurement process

1. Click “Go to Purchase” on the KeYouYun ERP order page

2. Automatically jump to the purchase order page

Kyouyun ERP will automatically generate purchase suggestions based on the order, so that the seller can quickly purchase in the system, providing four different procurement methods.

A. One-click 1688 purchase

If the SKU information of the purchase order matches the SKU information of the order, then you can click directly to enter the order payment page

B. Manual procurement

Sellers who have their own stocks do not need to go to 1688 to purchase, they can generate a purchase order by themselves, the purpose is to manage inventory and make a record of the goods out of the warehouse

C. Change supplier

If the SKU information of the purchase order does not match or the supplier needs to be changed, check and then click Change supplier to re-match the source

D. No purchase

Click to cancel the purchase order without purchasing processing

3. Order page

Click the one-click purchase on the purchase suggestion page to automatically jump to the order payment page. There are three ways to place an order:

3.1 Place orders with points

To place an order using the ERP credit balance, here is to use the 1688 account provided by KeYouYun ERP to purchase, we only need to check the order SKU information and order amount, and then select the shipping address (for address creation, please see “Logistics Address Management – KeYouYun ERP》 )

3.2. Distribution orders and spot orders

Use your 1688 account to make spot orders, distribute or place orders on behalf of the distributor. To place an order on behalf of a freight forwarder, you must first apply at the 1688 supplier
