Synchronize Shop Information

After modifying the store name and introduction in the Shopee Seller Center, the seller can click the “Sync” button in the KeYouYun ERP to synchronize the latest store news to the system.
- Select “Store Authorization” in the left menu;
- Check the shops that need to be synchronized;
- Click “Tick Sync” to synchronize the information of the checked shops, or click “One Button Sync” to synchronize all authorized shop information.
Cancel shop authorization
- Select “Store Authorization” in the left menu;
- Click the “Cancel” button in the required operation bar to jump to the official authorization page of Shopee;
- Select the site (TW-Taiwan, SG-Singapore, MY-Malay, PH-Philippines, ID-Indonesia, TH-Thailand, VN-Vietnam) and account password on the Shopee page, and click Confirm to cancel the shop authorization.
