1. Edit the product to the product to be released

KeYouYun ERP supports single product editing and batch product editing. When editing a product, the seller only clicks the “Save” button after checking the store, and the product can be saved to the “Store Products-Products to be Published” page.

Second, set the product release regularly

1. Choose regular release

1.1. Product page to be released : Select “Store goods-to be released” in the left menu.

1.2. Product check area : select products that need to be released regularly.

1.3 Batch release : Click the button “Batch release-Time release” to set batch release.

1.4. Single timed release : Click “timed release” in the product to make a single setting.

2. Set timed release

Select the time period for the product to be released regularly (the system will automatically release the product within the selected time period, at intervals), and then click the “OK” button.

3. View the scheduled release status

3.1. Timed release page : Select “Store goods-Timed release” in the left menu.

3.2. Scheduled release status : You can see the status and release time of the scheduled release.

3.3. Operation area for single product release : A single product can be regularly modified, canceled, and immediately released.

3.4 Product batch release operation : Check products that need to be operated for batch release modification and cancel scheduled release operation.

3. View the released products

You can see the status of the product in “Store Products-All Products”, such as successful release, successful update, pending release, failed release, scheduled release, etc., or you can choose to view store products in different states through the left menu.
